Another great thrill about teaching kindergarten is of course St. Patrick's Day when a sneaky little leprechaun actually visits your classroom. I don't think I've laughed so hard as when my students came into the classroom and saw that a leprechaun had been there and made such a big mess. He danced across tables and scribbled notes across our white board. Their reactions where priceless. The darn leprechaun kept visiting throughout the day, when we went to playground, lunch and even computers he came back and made another mess. The students were so frustrated cleaning up after him that they set up traps to try and catch it. The last leprechaun visit of the day he left the class a note and some gold, so they were happy again :)

These poors students have such a dorky teacher that made them wear lopsided pipe cleaner glasses.
